Description of the
The Building Construction Division is responsible for the maintenance of its own and jointly managed buildings (e.g. school buildings, building yards and administrative buildings). Its tasks may include, amongst other things:
- Expert client representation including budgetary handling
- Contracts for engineering and architectural services
- Building inspection
- Factory planning
- Invitation to tender
- Awarding
- Billing
- Room book
- Building automation (recording of operational systems, definition of maintenance intervals, individual room controls)
- CAD images
- Determination of building data
