Properties; information on trespassing and access bans

To prevent significant dangers to life or health, the municipalities and districts may prohibit access to inhabited or uninhabited properties or certain areas for the expected duration of the danger by ordinance. The same applies to the issuing of orders for individual cases by the municipalities and district authorities.

For public paths, roads and squares, the provisions of road and road traffic law apply by way of derogation.
