Description of the
The regulations may, in particular, stipulate that
- it is forbidden to feed feral pigeons,
- Landowners, those entitled to use the land and their representatives must tolerate measures taken by the local authority or its agents to remove nesting sites and deter feral pigeons.
Breaches of such a ban may be punishable by a fine. An appeal may be lodged against a fine notice.
